NOT COMING SLOW is a modern Day Idiom that is constantly being used in Social Media  and on Youtube. If a person is exaggerating to a great extent and not stopping at any point than  obviously he or she is not coming slow. 


If a person is criticizing someone else and exaggerating very much that we say that he is not coming slow.
