There are many people out there who identify as very sensitive people. This label is used to describe people who are very emotionally reactive and are easily overwhelmed by the slightest of things. People who identify as very sensitive can find it hard to cope with stress and can find it difficult to express themselves in a way that is not emotionally charged.

Very sensitive people often find it difficult to relate to others. They may feel like they are walking on eggshells and are hypersensitive to any kind of emotional or physical touch. This can make it difficult for them to form relationships or to feel connected to others. They may also find it difficult to tolerate criticism or to be around

A sensitive person is someone who is easily affected by their environment. They are often more emotional than others, they have a higher level of empathy and they are very observant to other people’s moods. Sensitive people can be overwhelmed by the world around them and this can lead to mental health issues such as depression or anxiety.

The term ‘very sensitive person’ was coined in the 1970s by Elaine Aron, an American psychologist and author of books on the subject. She has found that some 15% of the population are considered ‘highly sensitive persons’ (HSP) which means that they have a hypersensitive nervous system.

Very sensitive people are those who are more emotionally reactive than others. They tend to overreact to things and have a hard time regulating their emotions.

In general, people with this personality type have a low threshold for stimulation. They can become overwhelmed by stimuli such as noise, light, or smells. Some of them may be so sensitive that they can't even wear clothes made of wool or synthetic fibers because they feel too hot and itchy.

While there is no conclusive evidence that very sensitive people are born with this trait, there is evidence that suggests it may be genetic or caused by early childhood trauma- either way, the sensitivity can be passed down from generation to generation in families.

Very Sensitive Person is a term that is used to describe people who are more sensitive to stimuli. They are often affected by sounds, smells, tastes, and other things that would not affect most people.
