Peaceful Mind means Grateful Heart


The first step to a peaceful mind is to be grateful. Gratitude is not the same thing as “thankfulness.” Gratitude is the recognition of what you have, not what you don’t have. It is the acceptance of your life and all it offers you, even when it hurts or seems unfair. When we are grateful for our lives, we are more likely to understand how to embrace them fully.

The second step to a peaceful mind is to be mindful of the present moment. Mindfulness means being aware of your thoughts and feelings as they arise within you, without judging them as good or bad. It means being able to acknowledge what is happening in your body and mind without getting caught up in thinking about it or getting lost in memories or fantasies about how things might have been different had they happened differently in the past or would be different if they happened at a different time or place right now in this moment that is unfolding right now for now, with these present circumstances arising out of these present situations with these present circumstances arising from these

It’s so simple and yet so powerful.

When you are in a state of gratitude, your body releases the feel-good hormones dopamine and oxytocin, which makes you feel good about yourself and others.

The more you practice being grateful, the more it becomes a habit. And as a habit it becomes second nature to you. It is literally how our brains are wired for happiness!

We get into a state of peace when we let go of what is no longer serving us. We also get into a state of peace when we realize that there is enough for everyone and that we don’t need to take anything from anyone else to be happy or successful in our lives.



Peaceful Mind means Grateful Heart

When we are grateful, we feel peace in our hearts. Gratitude is a natural state of mind. We can choose to be grateful or ungrateful. When we give thanks and express our gratitude, it is a way of saying “thank you” to all that has brought us to this moment in our lives.

Gratitude is a choice and it is possible to choose to be grateful or not. Some people never seem to be able to find the time for appreciation in their lives, even though they know that it would make them feel better about themselves and their circumstances. The more we focus on what isn't working in our lives, the more difficult it becomes to focus on what does work. We tend to get caught up in what doesn't work because we have become so used to focusing on what doesn't work that finding anything else seems impossible! However, by choosing to focus on what does work we can create a life of peace and contentment!

When we begin focusing on the good things in our lives and expressing gratitude for them we begin attracting more good things into our life as well! We start feeling happier because we are focusing on how positive things are happening around us rather than dwelling on the past and our insecurities.

When we are peaceful with the world, it makes room for gratitude.

What does that mean?

It means that when you are grateful for all the good things in your life, you can be peaceful with all that is happening around you.

I believe that a grateful heart is the key to a peaceful mind and positive attitude. A grateful heart knows its worth and is not afraid of being loved or appreciated by others. It knows that it has value and worth, even if others don't see it, or may not have been aware of this fact before.
