ADHD and tears collide,

A storm within that cannot hide,

A heart that's wild and unbridled,

Yet often broken and misguided.

Moods that shift at rapid pace,

A mind that races and can't keep pace,

Emotions that escalate,

Tears that flow with no debate.

Frustration builds, anxiety takes hold,

Overwhelmed by thoughts untold,

Crying is the only release,

A moment of peace in the disease.

It's not weakness, it's not a flaw,

It's simply how the mind is wired and raw,

But in this pain and in this plight,

We're warriors of a different type.

Our tears may fall, but we still rise,

We navigate life with different eyes,

And though we struggle with each day,

Our spirit shines through in every way.

So let the tears come if they must,

Release them freely, in us we trust,

For in our pain and in our tears,

We find the strength to face our fears.
