Why this stimming, what's happening to me?

My body's aching, I'm feeling so lost,

My thoughts are racing, my head's a mess,

I'm feeling so overwhelmed, my heart's in distress.

My mind is spinning, my thoughts are a blur,

I'm feeling so anxious, I'm feeling so unsure,

I'm trying to focus, but my mind won't rest,

My body's shaking, my hands won't stop,
