MY HYPERACTIVE ADHD BRAIN (POEM)

 Verse 1

My hyperactive yet creative ADHD brain,

It's a wild ride that I can't contain.

A wild ride of thoughts and ideas,

My brain is always on the go.

Verse 2

My mind is always on the move,

It's hard to stay focused, I can't improve.

My thoughts are racing all over the place,

It's hard to stay on track, I feel out of place.

Verse 3

My mind is like a roller coaster,

It's always up and down, it's never over.

The thoughts come fast and the ideas come hard,

It's hard to focus when my brain is on guard.

Verse 4

My ADHD brain is filled with energy,

My ideas and thoughts come in a flurry.

I'm always on the go, my mind never stops,

My creativity is always on top.

Verse 5

My hyperactive yet creative ADHD brain,

It's a wild ride that I can't contain.
