I want everything to be perfect, 

But why do I feel so imperfect? 

The world is so full of chaos and strife, 

It's hard to make everything right.

I want to be in control of my life, 

But why do I feel so much strife? 

I want to make the right decisions, 

But why do I feel so much tension?

I want to be the best I can be, 

But why do I feel so much anxiety? 

I want to make everyone proud, 

But why do I feel so much doubt?

I want to be the best version of me, 

But why do I feel so much insecurity? 

I want to make everything perfect, 

But why do I feel so much neglect?

I want to be the best I can be, 

But why do I feel so much insecurity?
