My mind is a jumble of thoughts and fears,
That take me away from the now,
And leave me in a state of despair.
I try to focus on the present,
But my mind is ever-wandering,
It drifts off to places I can't control,
And I'm left feeling helpless and alone.
I want to be in the moment,
To appreciate what I have today,
But my thoughts are like a wild horse,
And I can't seem to make them stay.
I try to focus on my breath,
To ground myself in the here and now,
But my mind keeps racing ahead,
And I'm stuck in a never-ending cycle of doubt.
I need to be in the moment,
To truly appreciate life's beauty,
