I am ADHD and I love schedules,
A strange combination, it seems.
But I find comfort in the structure,
That helps me stay on track and dream.
I find solace in the routine,
A way to keep my thoughts in line.
It helps me focus and concentrate,
And keep my mind from going blind.
I love to plan things in advance,
To make sure I'm never late.
It helps me stay organized and on task,
And I don't have to hesitate.
I love to make lists and to-dos,
To keep me on the right track.
It helps me stay productive and motivated,
And I never have to look back.
I'm an ADHD person,
But I love my schedules too.
It helps me stay focused and on task,
And I'm so proud of what I do.
