ADHD STRUGGLES (POEM)

 Verse 1:

My mind's racing, my thoughts all a blur,

My concentration's gone, I don't know what to do.

My focus is fleeting, my energy's low,

I can't seem to get anything done.

Verse 2:

The world's a distraction, my thoughts just won't stay,

My attention's all over the place.

I'm trying to focus, but all I can hear,

Are the voices and noises around me.

Verse 3:

My thoughts are scattered, my memory's gone,

I can't seem to remember anything.

My brain's like a whirlwind, spinning around,

Trying to make sense of it all.

Verse 4:

I'm stuck in a loop, my thoughts in a maze,

My motivation's nowhere to be found.

I'm trying to break free, to make it all stop,

But my ADHD is holding me down.

Verse 5:

I'm trying to stay focused, to keep it all together,

But my mind won't let me be still.

My thoughts are all over, my energy drained,

I can't seem to do anything right.

Verse 6:

I'm trying to stay strong, to find my way,

But my ADHD won't let me be.

It's like a storm brewing, a tornado of thoughts,

That won't let me be free.

Verse 7:

I'm trying to keep going, to stay on track,

But my ADHD won't let me be.

It's like a wall I can't break through,

A never-ending struggle for me.
