Hello, everyone!
I have started a new series to keep myself motivated to do amazing stuff. You know, Self Grooming is very important for achieving success in this world.
According to research Studies, it has been established that people who take care of themselves and their appearances are liked more than those who do not take care of their appearances and dressing.
Funny thing though. We ate all raised believing that " All that glitters is not gold" and "Appearances are deceptive". We have read stories and watched movies highlighting the negative aspects of rich and beautiful people.
But in this world, first impressions are probably the last too. Because we are all busy meeting so many new people every single day, appearances and dressing and way of talking and all those things labelled under the umbrella of "Self Grooming" go a long way.
All my Psychologiat friends have probably read about "Halo Effect", yup, here we are
Day 1: I am researching and planning a Self Grooming course. Let's look at the findings. You can agree or disagree in the comments sections.
● Smiling is good but not too much. Personal boundaries are very important. Do not share your personal problems on you first meeting. Dress appropriately and accessories are very important. They are like stars 🌟 and 🌙 on a night.
● Do not get too comfortable with everyone. Remember, you can still be kind and not be friends with everyone. People who complain and whine are disliked by everyone. Do not talk about negative thoughts and negative experiences with everyone.
● Try to renovate and transform yourself every single day. Do not raise your voice but raise your arguments. Do not show off or boast about your achievements. Not every one is happy on your Success and the evil Eye is real.
Day 2.
To be continued
I will be adding different points that reflect my experiences and Self Grooming experiments

One way to achieve this is through self-grooming. I am excited to share with you my plan for 100 days of self-grooming.
The first step is to set realistic goals for yourself. This could include taking time to do your nails, getting a new haircut, or even just taking a few minutes each day to do some yoga. Whatever it is, make sure it is something that you can realistically achieve.
The next step is to find ways to make self-grooming enjoyable. Try to find activities that make you feel relaxed and pampered. This could include taking a bubble bath, getting a massage, or even just taking a few minutes to read a book. Whatever it is, make sure it is something that you will look forward to doing.

Self-grooming is an important part of having a healthy lifestyle. Over the past 100 days, I have made it my mission to learn more about this practice, and I have learned a few key rules that have made a world of difference for me. These 30 rules are simple and easy to remember, but they can make a huge difference in how you look and feel.
The first rule is to always keep your hair clean and groomed. This means washing it every day and brushing it regularly. Additionally, you should be sure to trim it regularly to keep it looking its best. The second rule is to always keep your beard, mustache, and eyebrows groomed. You should make sure that the hair is trimmed and the skin underneath is moisturized and clean. The third rule is to keep your face clean. This includes washing it at least twice a day and using a gentle facial cleanser.
