Self Discovery Apps

Introduction

In this digital age, there's no shortage of apps to help you find answers about yourself. Whether you want to know more about your personality type or just want a few pointers on how to organize your life, there are many self-help apps available for download on any device. Here are some of our favorites:

Self-help

Self-help is a broad term and can mean different things to different people. Some self-help apps can help you learn more about yourself and your behavior, while others are specifically designed to help you make positive changes in your life. Other apps may help with mental health issues, like anxiety and depression.

You may want to start with an app that has a focus on mindfulness (learning how to be present in the moment). This will give you some tools for dealing with stress and improving your mental health so that you feel better overall!

Big Life Journal

Big Life Journal is a journaling app that has a number of prompts to help you be more mindful. For example, one prompt asks you to think about how you want to feel today and then write down three things that will make you feel that way. You can also choose from other options like gratitude, love, or happiness.

It’s free and available for both iOS and Android devices. It also has some other cool features like a 5-minute daily prompt which allows users to write about their experiences in just 5 minutes each day; 7-, 30-, 90-day challenges; audio recordings; unlimited entries per day; cross-device syncing; password protection (optional); and much more!

Happify

Happify is a self-help app that is designed to help you find happiness. It uses games and activities to help you learn more about yourself and the people around you; by doing so, Happify hopes that it will guide you towards your happiest life.

It can be used by people of all ages and works best when done in conjunction with other therapy options.

ArtofLiving

You can use the app to discover your purpose, find your passion, and identify your strengths and weaknesses. The app will ask you a series of questions that help you explore what's important in life.

12min Micro Book Library

12min Micro Book Library offers a collection of short books written by experts in the field of personal development. They're divided into categories including health and wellness, business and career, relationships, self-development and spirituality.

In addition to being available for download on your mobile device or tablet (iOS only), you can also listen to them on their website.

Inscape

Inscape is a mobile app that helps you to explore your inner self. It allows you to create a personal profile and record your thoughts, feelings and emotions. You can also share your profile with friends and family so that they can give you feedback on it. This will help make sure that the profile is accurate, since there are many factors that could affect someone’s sense of self-awareness.

The app includes several features:

  • A personal journal which enables users to write about their experiences in life

  • A tool for tracking changes in mood over time

  • A tool for rating different aspects of life like work, relationships or health (this can help people identify areas where things may not be going well)

The SELF Journal - Daily Planner

The SELF Journal - Daily Planner is a unique app that was designed to help you set goals, track progress and make positive changes in your life. It’s a daily planner with built-in reminders, mood tracking, journaling and more.

The calendar feature allows you to keep track of all your daily activities. You can also add notes or reminders for each day.

The journaling feature helps you focus on your thoughts and feelings without distractions from the internet or other apps on your phone. There are different exercises included such as gratitude journals or mood tracking which allow users to reflect on their experiences throughout the day by answering questions about how they feel about certain situations or topics (e.g., family).

Another important feature of this app is meditation! The meditation option provides guided meditations based on what type of experience users want: relaxation for example might include calming music while focusing on breathing patterns while stillness focuses more on breathing without music at all so it feels more like silence but still allows users some time alone with themselves without having complete silence around them since they could easily fall asleep if conditions aren't right."

The 5-Minute Journal - Daily Guided Format for Gratitude & Focus

The 5-Minute Journal is a daily guided format for gratitude and focus. It is written by the same team that developed The Miracle Morning, and it's designed to be used each morning to help you set your priorities for the day, end your day on a positive note, and reflect on what happened during it.

What does The 5-Minute Journal do?

The main purpose of this app is to help people develop better habits by putting them into practice from the very first minute of their day. It includes a few different sections:

  • A section for reflecting on what went well in your life yesterday (called "Gratitude")

  • A section where you can write down goals or anything else that's important to you (called "Focus")

These self-discovery apps can help you learn more about yourself.

You can use self-discovery apps to learn more about yourself. These apps are designed to help you identify your personality and goals, as well as reflect on your life and how you want to live it. Some features of these apps include:
